Refund & Cancellation Policy
  •  All room confirmations are subject to availability.
  • 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking, and the full balance must be paid 3 days before arrival.
  • If no advance payment is received, the booking will be automatically released.
  • No amendments or cancellations will be accepted after confirmation.
  • In case of cancellation or no-show, 100% retention will be charged for all booked days.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable and non-adjustable.
  • The hotel confirms the number of rooms but does not guarantee bed type (Twin/Large) as it is subject to availability at check-in.
  • Any changes to the meal plan must be communicated at least 3 days before arrival.
  • Policies are subject to change without prior notice.
